Pilot Production Complete: One Step Closer to Every Home

From product finalization to the first scenario deliveries, SFLARE has completed its pilot-production run.

Pilot Production Complete: One Step Closer to Every Home

More than ten robots stood neatly in formation on the workshop floor. There was no red carpet and no spotlight—only a pilot-production ceremony underway.

Municipal and development-zone officials, SFLARE CEO Song Yang, partners, and media gathered to witness the moment. When the first robot's screen lit up, it was clear that SFLARE was moving from R&D toward mass production.

What Did We Achieve in Less Than Eighteen Months?

SFLARE was founded last February. In less than a year and a half, we finalized the product, delivered the first real-world deployments, and completed pilot production. Technology and manufacturing advanced together.

Large models gave the robot genuine understanding—not merely executing instructions, but perceiving intent and coordinating proactively. With Haier's mature premium-appliance manufacturing system, we designed for standardization from day one.

Why Does Home-Appliance-Grade Manufacturing Matter?

Mass production is an industry-wide challenge. The appliance industry spent decades combining scale with high reliability. An air conditioner can serve millions of homes for years because of a complete manufacturing standard, not one isolated technology.

As a member company of Haier International Business Corporation, SFLARE began on the shoulders of this mature system. Where others must find suppliers, create standards, and build test regimes from scratch, we are supported by a manufacturing system refined over decades.

The Signal from the Tongcheng Workshop

Holding the ceremony on the production floor made a statement: the robot is no longer a laboratory prototype, but a product coming off a line.

Guests toured the line and watched autonomous movement and voice interaction demonstrations. The line was operational, quality control was in place, and batch-delivery capability was ready.

Pilot production is the final gate before mass production. It tests not the strength of one prototype, but the completeness of a system: stable supply, consistent quality, and responsive after-sales support.

This ceremony sent one message: the system is ready.

Next: Scale Up Mass Production

Pilot production marks a critical step, followed by a much broader horizon.

We will rapidly test in live scenarios and keep improving through real user feedback.

We will not stop at manufacturing. As models evolve, every delivered robot will continue learning through real interaction, understanding users better and serving them with greater warmth.

Bring Embodied Intelligence into Every Home

Our promise is to bring home-appliance-grade reliable embodied intelligence into every family.

The journey has just begun, and SFLARE already holds a practical measure for the future.
